Small grasshopper at 13-15 mm. Color pattern variable. Photos of the middle legs and forehead (fastigium) in profile will aid in identification. The middle femur is strongly lobed on lower margin. The fastigium in profile (from the side) will show that it does not protrude like many other pygmy grasshoppers.
