I am a marine biologist at NIWA. I am a taxonomist of Ophiuroidea (brittle stars) and currently work as the Collection Manager at the NIWA Invertebrate Collection (NIC). The NIC hold preserved vouchers of marine invertebrates from around New Zealand, the Antarctic and the Pacific Islands. Researchers and students from Museums and Universities around the world are welcome to visit us to study, or borrow our specimens.
