Very small. This seems a little too compressed for C. pustulosa but nothing else seems to fit better.

After looking for the source of all the Corbicula, a few friends (including @daniel56628) and I found a lot of Corbicula next to a stormwater drainage pipe.

38 ejemplares

Repeated upward whistles (low to high on musical scale). Intermittent brief chittering sound and periods of silence. Mostly the consistent whistle call.
Did not see the bird.

A small, 3mm valve found in mud at the edge of a rock/gravel-bottom stormwater retention pond. The 4th photo compares this valve to a Euglesa compressa I found at this same location

3.5mm, found in the midden

Swimming slow enough to catch it with a small net. When released, it started swimming upside down.
