I knew this was some sort of species of "Cave Spider", but identifying the species was the tricky part.
In the end, I have determined that this is likely the Eastern Cave Long Jawed Spider, or Meta ovalis.
The females of this species lay egg sacs larger than themselves! That's a lot of slings!
