I live in Orange, California, which is at the southwest coast of the United States. I am a member of the California Native Plant Society and The Nature Conservancy. I enjoy good design and recreating nature. By gradually increasing the percentage of native plants on my property I am improving my local ecosystem, hopefully in an aesthetically pleasing way. So, although most of the plants are there because I put them there, they are native to the general area and attracting many wonderful critters.
