Oldroydiella fallax Macquart, 1846 - Identification

Small species (length ca. 10 mm). Shiny pale brown. Eyes bare. Antennae yellow; flagellum with slightly produced dorsal tooth. Wings brown with hyaline crossband running through apices of basal cells br and bm.
